At Fama (“Fama”, “us”, “we”, or “our”), operated by Sergey Sobolevski, protecting your privacy and maintaining data transparency is our core priority. Our infrastructure providers (Vercel, OpenRouter) may temporarily log standard technical Metadata (such as IP address, request timestamps, and response codes) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability purposes, in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.

All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). API credentials for model providers are stored exclusively in server-side environment configuration and are never embedded in the App. Access to our infrastructure is limited to authorized personnel.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Generative features require the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

8. Global Compliance

California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell or “share” (for cross-context behavioral advertising) your personal information. California residents may direct requests to neuratradingai@gmail.com.

UK & EU (GDPR): Our legal basis for processing is the performance of our contract with you (providing the generation you request) or your explicit consent. Data is processed on servers located in the United States; by using the Services you consent to this cross-border transfer. We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy. Material updates will be communicated through prominent notifications within the App prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the App following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
